Additional charges was requested after the parcel was picked up. According to Michal, their logistics partner measured after the parcel was picked up, the volumetric weight was 8kg which was over the declared 7kg and requested for additional 40 euros for the discrepancy. It was deposited into the my parcelabc account deducted. There was no updated invoice for the 40 euro which was sus. When the parcel arrived, printed on the delivery label was 6.58kg. Michal keep asking for photo proofs and measurements which I gave and it was similar to what was printed on the label and what I declared when submitting the delivery request. Parcelabc and Michal was unable to produce proof of what they claimed the measurements turned out to be 8kg.
