Fantastic car poor support from Octopus
The car is brilliant (polestar 4) the experience very difficult. Placed my order then heard nothing for a month. Chased OEV to be told there is an issue with polestar and octopus and no idea when my order (which was for a stock car) would even be placed! Despite being allegedly available in a month. I had to chase a personal contact at polestar who chased octopus. Her presto got the car in a week. Onto the charger, - they told me there was an 11 week lead time then came in a fortnight which was great BUT the charger is taking power from my batteries which isn’t what I want as they are to power the house. Four phone calls later and they booked a visit for 20th of June. No problem I booked the day off. Then the engineer came on 19th when I wasn’t there, changed some settings and promised to be back on 20th. Now he has texted me and said there will be another visit and the team will be be in touch, so another day off work. Love the car but the support has been really poor and every number you ring they tell you it’s someone else.
