Good repair, eventually
The communications between Respond Services and myself were very good and I was kept uptodate throughout the repair. The timescales of 3 weeks could have been shorter given we were without a major piece of kitchen eqipment for this lenght of time and the repair needed 2 visits to complete as the first engineer did not bring a new part that was required to affect the repair. The second engineer was faultless and replaced the faulty part in good time and with good skill. He fully tested the appliance once repaired and showed me all he was doing, he obviously took pride in his job.
