I have reviewed Gair before and after their most recent visit continue to be impressed with their service. I had non urgent electrical fault a was offered an appointment less than 48 hours after reporting it. I explained that I had my granddaughter visiting and would want to go to the park after lunch. So a 1-6pm was too big a window for me. They immediately said they’d book me first appointment after lunch and Zac arrived around 12.30. Perfect! And he fixed the problem in no time. I really felt as if the company were considering me not just as a customer but as a person with family commitments. I should add that the electrician was an especially likeable and knowledgeable professional.
