I WAS a regular Aldi shopper, until NOW! Their customer service is getting worse and worse every time I shop there. Their staff are UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. Try and enquire about a product availability - and experience the rude response from their staff. At least at Woolworths or Coles, when you enquire about a product availability, their staff run to the back to check if there is any and which closest store has it in stock for you. Now that's what you call excellent customer service. Something Aldi don't care about anymore. Try and phone Aldi - good luck finding a working phone number. You cannot even send them a compliment or complaint unless you use social media - which their moderators will censor anyway. Talk about ignoring your customers, the main source of your income and survival in this industry. Goodbye Aldi and good luck surviving with your appalling and lack of customer service!
