Hello, I would like to point out 2 of your employees for Outstanding Customer Service. They are Kelly Meyers and Janelle.(I apologize for not knowing her last name) At any rate these ladies went to what I believe to be way above and beyond normal Customer service. I had a problem with the size of a concealed carry vest, .. looking at your online catalog it informed me that the size that I needed was out of stock. Kelly and Janelle checked your warehouse and anywhere else they could think of to locate one for me and they succeeded. It took them longer than normal to do this and I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help me out. It was shipped to me immediately. I cannot say enough about this Breath of fresh air in Customer Service when the norm is people don't have any time to help someone out. I wanted to thank them and let the powers that be know they should commend them for a job well done. Thank you and have a nice day.
