Kyra was really helpful on instant chat. my experience was a very positive one. Came back straight away and it was very quick and easy and I don't understand then she call me and explain all in her beautifull voice about my bill and said it's problem in a applications because app show pridicted kwh 296 and second day after paid morthen 300... It's wrong showing. Because no one can use in a day 300 kwh Thank you Kyra
