Terrible!
Terrible! Ordered something for in-store delivery - sent numerous confusing text messages and emails giving different delivery times. Then it the order didn't arrive when they said it would. This company still requires a print out Returns Form, you can't return things in store (apparently they are "franchises"). Most of the staff in the store in Overtoom are miserable. Honestly can't understand how a business like this is running.
