Following on from my previous review, I have now given up with this company. I eventually was offered £70 as compensation for all the hassle, poor quality product and materials, and ridiculous incompetence from customer services, different person almost every time, no-one quite knowing how to deal with it, one person apparently lost their job over it, I suspect that was about an email that was recalled before I read it but we'll never know. The offer was pitiful and rejected immediately, it was offensive and not what we were looking for. It was then raised to £100 with a request to remove my review, we'd had enough of flogging a dead horse by this time and were about to reject it and take it as a lesson. During this period we had a bit of a storm on 5th October and a large chunk of the roof felt was whipped off by the wind, (as I said before it was paper thin, the cheapest they could get away with) so I then had to purchase two rolls of roof felt which cost £80 so we accepted the £100 to pay for the felt and have now put the matter behind us and will never buy from them again. I have added new materials etc. now new felt and sealed and fixed the shed to be usable though I would think that all the fixing will void any warranty. I will NOT be removing the review as it is a true account of the horrendous chapter this has been and people should be able to see all reviews good and bad, not just the nice ones from friends and family.
