I brought a mini scar massager towards the end of 2024 after hand surgery. The massager malfunctioned in March 2025. I contacted Medical Supplies not knowing what to expect and my mail was met with a swift and decisive response. I was quickly sent a replacement after returning the original unit. Postage was covered as well. Really good service all round.
