Bad customer service

The same way you responded to my email about deleting my account, the same way I did respond to you within 10 mins of being charged for the new box. My issue was, I wold told to email you if I wished to cancel my account by your sales rep. I was SURPRISED as you said that I got charged because I did what I was told to cancel my subscription! So maybe as you said being a small business would be nice to educate your sales rep instead of scamming people. What is the point of customer service when the information given do not match and you are not helping to solve them? I did everything right, the way I was told. Again, I did not provide the alternative address because I’ve been out of the country. Do you deliver to US? I do not think so. I explained the whole situation to you over an email and you still reply back with the same excuse over and over again. It’s just ridiculous. Again, what’s the point of having a customer service when nothing can be done? It’s not even about the money anymore. It’s about respect towards your customers.
