Tech support readily available

First I read PC review and realized that they were a bona fide company, that was well rated. I found the prices to be competitive and fair. They had many choices to choose from that fit my needs. At this point, I'm not sure if I can sort into folders and albums once backed up, or copy folders and albums directly from my Google photos, which would be helpful. I've contacted tech support a couple times and they were easy to get a hold of and seem to be very knowledgeable and very helpful when problem solving with me.
