Shame on Nuffield Health Gyms
I been a member of this gym for about 4 years and in all that time it is in a constant state of repair. Today’s is the hottest day of the year and this gym does not even have drinking water available - it should be closed under such circumstances and I intend t9 report them to the local authority - all of the water fountain's are broken , can you believe it? Equipment / facilities like Sauna and steam room always broken - and no apologies that are tangible , just crap signs saying the same old thing. I heard a woman suffered a serious injury in the Sauna because a bench just laid broken for months. Where is the preventive maintenance program for this gym - post it so we the members can see it instead of just continually taking our money and offering a substandard service - should be ashamed of that place.
