Hitting the highlights - fantastic rail trip !!
We are a family group of 8 who did the 14 night Best of Ireland rail tour. Throughout the organizing / decision process I was very happy to be able to easily contact our agent , Linda Larkin, by phone or by email and receive quick answers to any queries. The tour included lots of day trips which covered all the highlights in and around the 5 towns we stayed in. We stayed 3 nights in most of the towns which allowed for good settling in . We were impressed with the amount of info / maps / itinerary details and suggestions given and we loved the ease of rail travel - ticketing system was super easy . Mix of accommodation - Some of the hotel rooms were quite small but we also got some luxury ( esp the Titanic Hotel in Belfast) Irish Tourism took the hassle out of organizing a trip for eight !!
