Just use Uber Eats or go to the shop
The order was just given to us in a crumpled Tesco bag. Driver did not ask for pin. Two of the items were wrong. I am allergic to one of the items and was not notified of the change. There was no box to signify being happy for substitutions when I made the order via the app, similar to how there is no chat button. However, we have been charged for all substituted items despite complaints. Customer support have been entirely unhelpful. There is no live chat button and when I attempted to call I had the call ended twice. When they did get back to us, they replied that I had agreed to the substitutions despite never having agreed as I had used the app. Save your money and just use Uber or walk to the shop.
