Great customer service across the team
Great customer service across the team. No words can really describe my appreciation for the customer services given by platinum. Firstly, I am very indecisive most times. I knew I wanted to get into September 2020, but wasn’t sure of which course. Applied for quite few uni’s, applying for different courses but the process wasn’t easy and I didn’t get in after all that hustle. Secondly, My mother recommended platinum service, I contacted them straight away, I asked them about different courses, they asked about my education background, worked experience etc. They gave me options of course and chose to study public health and health promotion Top Up degree because I already an HND I public health. I was very happy that they liaise with the university until the final stage, help with student finance issues. Even then I took my time with it as in sending through the information required. Though during the process they contacted frequently to ensure that I fulfil my dream of going to uni. Eventually, I sent through all the documents and within a week I had secured a place at uni for the course and I wanted to pursue a career in. Uni near home no commuting that hustle. Overall, I give platinum service 5/5 because I was seriously helped me when I needed the help most. Also, I am hopping to go back to study MSc in midwife.
