The process from when we ordered…
The process from when we ordered through Ohme to have contact with Smarter Utility was very slow. It wasn’t until I chased up the installation, that we were able to book a date for fitting. On the day, we were told we would be contacted ahead of the engineer arriving which did not happen. I then had to phone to find out if he was still coming. When the engineer did finally arrive, he was not the most helpful or friendly and we ended up having the apps to support the charger set up wrong. We came to charger for the first time we had uninstall the apps, and redo it ourselves. The whole process was unnecessarily difficult. It’s unfortunate as I’m not one to write reviews, let alone negative ones however I wanted to share our experience so others don’t receive the same.
