The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever come across and constant issues with a poor line. Changed locations and set up and still issues with the phones. Raised complaint after complaint and had no help. Only got a response when I went to the ombudsman and still arguing. All because they just couldn’t help us sort out a faulty line or handset that we paid for monthly from them. Terrible company, such a disappointment. Such a simple issue that could have been resolved is now leading to much more than it needs to be. I see why there are other similar reviews.
