Issues with libraries not showing up after troubleshooting and non existent customer support
I have purchased 18 plugins/libraries and installed additional freebies from Spitfire over the years and have great respect for their libraries... but the customer service is horrible. I've spent months in limbo with upgrading to an M4 pro max back in November and most of my libraries not showing up in Kontakt 7 and fewer showing up in Kontakt 8. Back and forth in emails that went nowhere. Their staff did not read what I had written to give context and explain the troubleshooting I had already done, so I moved on and was using other sounds/plugins on deadlines. I recently bought 3 more libraries and only one of them is showing... reached out again and am having the same issue... SUPER FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING.
