Seafood
To be honest the meat selection is really great but the seafood is not up to shashimi taste or looks. Supposed to be shashimi grade. May need to look into that please. Especially the tuna and salmon. Other than the all other seafood is pretty much spot-0n. Just being honest. Thanks. John and Maria
