Stay away from princess cruises
Just got back from sailing on the Discovery princess and we're still dealing with the aftermath. Overall a beautiful ship with a lot of hardworking staff but there's a lot wrong here from the food to the service levels but mostly a lot of weird policies and bait and switch tactics. Reached out to the executive team both on the boat and on shore with no response other than four chocolate covered strawberries and a canned apology note. It's pretty clear they're either overwhelmed or intentionally making fault statements and commitments. And whatever you do don't win anything in their casino because you got to go through quite a process to collect that money also. But our main complaint just came down to some of the ships policies that made it a very uncomfortable vacation and trying to deal with any of those issues just lead down a bunch of dead end roads with a lot of people who really didn't care..... Do yourself a favor and cruise a different line.
