Beware of the contract you sign.

I was happy with their service until I talked to several other accountants. I found out that for many years they had been making income taxes presentations, that not necessarily needed to be done. Besides, when signing a contract with them, make sure you read all the terms and conditions. It happened to me that besides the six month in advance notice that I had to give them to finish their services, they insisted my companies were still bonded to them for two more years. I had to solve it with a lawyer.
