Mobile Monster were generally good to…

Mobile Monster were generally good to deal with and offered the agreed price for my iPad with strong consideration for the age of the product. They acknowledged the condition of the iPad and paid the best price on the market. Their communication might need some attention as the steps regarding sending and receiving together with the delay in payment could be sharper, but they paid the best price for a comparable product without argument. Minor details but would certainly do business with Mobile Monster again.

I found The Mobile Guru is very efficient but a word of warning

I found The Mobile Guru very acceptable to deal with and sale of my iPad 8th Generation was prompt and efficient. I was informed every step of the way regarding the return of the product and details of the price they were prepared to pay. My iPad 8th Gen was in mint condition, and I was offered $230.00. They agreed this was the case but advised the battery condition was 87% and reassessed the price to $200. I would contend that would be consistent with an iPad of that age. I recently sold an iPhone 12 in good condition with some general wear and tear scratches as documented on their website and the price offered was $370. When the phone arrived, it was reassessed at $160. As efficient as the organisation is and the fact that it is a buyer's market, there are other organisations that I have dealt with that maybe not as structured, the price agreed to is better and does reflect the age of a device. Maybe if you just returned a totally new product to them, they would still find an issue to drop the agreed price.
