Rude staff
Rude staff. Unfair treatment. Flight Milan-Prague 16/8/2018 9.20 am At the gate I’m told I have a economy light ticket and I cannot bring a cabin suitcase+ laptop bag with me on the plane. At the same time, a guy in the second line in my same situation was let go with two items after 10seconds of arguing. When I tryied to complain and ask for explanation, I was told to measure my words (when I didn’t even use a single curse word despite the frustration) if I didn’t want to pay an extra 35€. Threaten a client? Seriously??? On top of that, I already had a checked bag and they didn’t tell me anything about the second item problem at the check in desk. I don’t consider this acceptable in 2018. Hire better staff and take actions on bad employees. Will avoid and descourage friends in flying with this company until I read better reviews
