Powerful but overwhelming at first
Workday is incredibly comprehensive, which is both a blessing and a curse. It took our team several months to fully understand all the features and workflows. The learning curve is steep, but once you get the hang of it, it's very powerful. The integration capabilities are excellent, though some customizations require significant technical expertise.
