Worldwide Parcel Services manage your documents end-to-end

I have only used Worldwide Parcels a few times, but every time the service was impeccable. I once decided to cut my costs slightly (a big mistake) and used the tracked service offered by the Royal Mail - my documents that were sent to Croatia in August and, to-date, have still not arrived (8 weeks later) and I cant get my money back as they say it is Croatia Post who lost / did not deliver!
