We have a huge problem with Anglian Water because of their online services.!! I am facing to huge credit score drop because of their mistake. Fire all the people who is wotking on your IT systems. Its always under maintnance or not working!! They duplicate my account without my knowledge and put my invoices in the account that I never created.!! They have no email or online support system! Only some phone numbers and not working on weekend.
