I brought two tickets for the Man City…
I brought two tickets for the Man City Vs Brighton match held on 3/15. Our package included Uber Ride Voucher, Uber Eat Voucher, and Complimentary entry to the National Football Museum. I got the match tickets 3 days prior to the match kick off which was good as promised in the process. However, the Uber Ride Voucher and Uber Eat Voucher received is not for Manchester City but Munich in Germany, and no National Football Museum entry ticket received. I wrote email to the Champions Travel Sales contact and received the correct Uber Ride Voucher and Uber Eat Voucher as well as the Promotion Code to buy the National Football Museum entry ticket one day prior to the match kick off date. I was happy with the match tickets, I used the Uber Ride Voucher to go to/back from the Etidad Stadium. I enjoyed the National Football Museum visit. When I used the Uber Eat Voucher to order the food when we were back to the hotel, for whatever reasons, the Uber Eat Voucher couldn't go through successfully the check out steps. I tried few different restaurants but got the similar processing error. We gave up at the end and we went out for our dinner (paid from our pocket). I wrote again to the Champions Travel contact (to the person that sent us the correct Voucher earlier), reported this situation but not getting any response so far. We're back to London the next day, then continue our trip to Paris. In general, except the experience on Uber Eat Voucher and the situation described, other things seems good to me.
