Great HR platform with room for improvement
Workday has transformed how we handle HR processes at our company. The interface is intuitive and most tasks are straightforward. However, the reporting functionality can be quite complex and sometimes requires IT support to get the data we need. Overall, it's a solid platform that has improved our efficiency significantly.
