One star is far far too much-just like the amount of interest you charge! You mis sold thousands of loans to customers who can’t afford to repay them, having huge financial stresses, you have not done in depth checks or credit searches! If you did you would have seen my credit rating was 97 at the time I applied and my guarantors was only 352 (very poor). You have had over £4,000 in interest alone, plus the £7,500 I borrowed which was for mobility equipment. You didn’t even take into account that I was disabled and unable to work with a family and a spouse who is my full time carer. You have now gone into administration probably pocketing everyone’s money, and have no funds to repay us who were mis sold loans! But your staff are still happy to threaten us with defaults and charges is we don’t pay! I’ve sought legal advice and have now stopped payments because I had to put my bills and debts on a DMP and couldn’t afford to live!
