Pick up time was set at 00:00. Flight was delayed and flight details had been filled when booking the car. Sent a message to notify them about the delay. Once landed went to the desk which was unattended, adter several times trying to get in touch, he picked up the phone and told us the booking has been cancelled since we are late and left us hanging without a car. Lost the €60 deposit. Luckily easyrent Bulgaria sorted us out with a car. Book directly with easyrent Bulgaria do not bother with autoUnion.
