A perfect experience - very efficient
Everything went totally smoothly and we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From being checked in and having seats reserved on flights to tours and taxis; everything was done for us. Henry from Discover Banff Tours who took us to the Columbia ice fields and Ansar from Tripshepherd tours were exceptional guides and worthy of note. The staff on the Rocky Mountaineer made us feel extremely special. I would recommend the Rocky Mountaineer as a must if you are in British Columbia. Last but definitely not least, Cheryl from Travel Cousellors who arranged our tour was super efficient. I have never travelled much so asked many daft questions which Cheryl answered promptly and efficiently. Prior to leaving Cheryl printed out all our documents and arranged them in a handy folder. Perfect!
