BVN enrolment in OIS Manchester UK
I went down to OIS Manchester in England from Glasgow Scotland to apply for my BVN. I was attended to a nice young lady who I came to know as Grace. She was so professional, polite and patient as it was proving a bit difficult to capture my biometrics. Eventually she got that done and advised I would receive an email within 10 days with my BVN. When I did not receive an email on the 10th day, I called the number on my appointment sheet and unbeknown to me it was the same Grace that answered my call. I told her I hadn't received an email from OIS yet and she promised to chase it up for me. She called back within 5 minutes saying she had managed to speak to someone who explained there was a glitch in the system but they promised to get it done before 4pm that day. Grace told me to call her back after 4pm to let her know what the progress was. She called me even before 4pm telling me that my BVN had been generated and she was sending me an email to confirm it right away. You should have seen the joy and happiness in me that afternoon. Grace had totally restored my trust in our Nigerian service providers, she was truly a young graceful lady. It is still good to know that despite what we hear and know about Nigeria and its Immigration and consular services, we still have a handful of genuine decent workers.
