Excellent customer service and superb products. As well as producing some of the best after market car seats available, it is a refreshing change to get such personal customer service. Having purchased some accessories for an older seat, I emailed for info about a new one and Steve Tillet took the time to respond by phone in person to chat to me about the various models and which one might suit my needs. Very impressed with their products and the company.
