communication with staff was horrible! Ricardo the Hotel manager was very rude towards me and could not even speak proper English. i requested and called many times for assitance he never came i was stuck in the bathroom for over an Hour!! the door handle broke.. I was so angry requested my money back he told me i can leave the Hotel. I had to do an early check out did not like the service and I did not wanted to stay anyways. van der valk has better service than this cheap Hotel!
