My mum's sky satellite signal was blocked due to scaffolding being put up. I phoned everywhere and no one could help me until I stumbled across this young man. He couldn't fit me in just like everyone else but once i explained my mum can't really get out and about and that TV is a big part of her life. He squeezed me after in without any extra charges. My mum was over the moon. Will always use this guy for any of my cable/satellite needs. Thank you again
