Accepted a quote online, read website details. It states 'Remove My Car always present the final offer – there are no hidden costs. The scrap price you see if the scrap price you will receive as long as the vehicle has all 4 wheels and no parts removed. We feel this open and honest approach works best for you. Let’s face it, nobody likes the nasty surprise of an extra cost' Well that is not the case as after it was strapped into the low loader the man then said it has had the catalytic convertor replaced which will reduce the amount paid. The car is complete car as per the ad and no parts removed. Where does it say must have original CAT? They wanted to reduce the price by £80. So I told him take it off the low loader and go. Don't be falled as what the website says is not what the service does!!! Thanks for leaving me waiting in all day for this!
