I want to start by saying that I contacted the company before purchasing the Super Bowl edition of Crown Royal's Collector's Edition. I specifically requested that they carefully pack the whiskey to avoid any damage to the box or creasing, as I am a whiskey collector. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the company. Today, I received the package containing my whiskey. When I opened it, I was horrified to find that the box was placed carelessly alongside the whiskey. The box was heavily creased and damaged at the bottom. If the company had protected the box as they did the whiskey, I would have given this purchase a five-star rating. Furthermore, the third-party service used for shipping should implement better quality control and take my request into account, which it clearly did not.
