Never again
Never again! Lost 2 dogs and 2 bags on route from Stockholm to Edmonton that took 3 days to recover- in Calgary!! On the way back, 5 bags were lost some of which had to be collected personally at Arn airport. Extra expenses include 2 hotel nights for 5 people, some 1000 km extra car drive and 30% loss of leisure days. DO NOT-ever- use KLM and avoid at all costs Shipol bag handling.
