A very good experience!
Andrew, the call centre agent (if I remember correctly) was very friendly and helpful and I had a very good experience going through the necessary health and 'gadget' questions in connection with a trip abroad. The quotation and price paid was very competitive and literally a third cheaper than that of the first company I rang.
