Order never sent, money never returned.
I bought a PS5 that wasn't available in the store so I placed an order to be delivered at my home and paid at the store. After 18 working days and numerous calls and emails, interdiscount admitted that there was an error in the system and the package was never sent. So I asked for the money to be returned, they agreed and I sent my IBAN as requested. After a week still no money back and no proof of money returned from their part. They just reply that they have returned the money with no proof. I did not expect such treatment from a Swiss company... Edit: I have sent AGAIN all my contact info. Until now your contracts department lied four times in a row. First response was that item wasn't sent, you will arrange new shipping. I ask for shipping details I get the answer sorry we didn't ship again due to "errors"... I ask for a refund because it's been already two weeks since purchase. Interdiscount agrees. I give my IBAN. I wait some days. I ask if I was refunded, they say the money have been returned. I wait again, no money, I ask again I get the same answer that money was returned. Fourth week since purchase. And after I write my review here I call to check what is going on and I get the answer that my money was not returned and will be returned NEXT WEEK! It's all written in the emails... Sorry but so many lies make your company untrustworthy. What I want is my money back and a compensation from your side.
