Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Do not use this company. I was in the process of selling my property and after seven long months the sale fell through as Urang were incapable of answering enquiries and have made catastrophic mistakes with regards to putting a new building insurance in place that didn't cover for subsidence which meant no lenders would loan aka no flats were able to sell for a duration. They have also failed to audit service charge accounts for our properties since 2021 and it's this that finally caused my buyer to lose faith and pull out. Never mind that answers to simple enquiries have taken on average two months to be answered. All in all an absolute shambles.
