Subscription Ended before End Date !!!
Subscription Ended before End Date !!! Purchased a subscription for 12 months in Nov 2020 and today received notification that I need to buy a new subscription as the previous subscription has ended on 16/02/2021. Tried to contact via Chat and Email - No Response. Please be aware. Going to raise this with our bank and subscription provider as this company claims that they are an authorized partner but does not seem like it.
