Avoid absolute joke.
Wrong item delivered had to send back. Sent 1 railway sleeper when ordered a 450L bulk bag of top soil. Then took 2 days to sort out and resend what I ordered. Told I need to use option 2 when ringing. No one answers the phone, 25 mins just ringing. Chose Option 1 to place new order explained situation. They transferred me to the number no one answers. Rang about 7 times in total, absolute shambles. Cherry on the cake was they ordered it from Selco who couldn't organise the appropriate vehicle to drop a bulk bag off. Sent smaller individual bags in a courier van. Ordered a bulk bag didn't receive what I ordered, the individual bags made the job harder.
