If I could give no stars I would! My whole experience with Electric Rider is very poor. I ordered a bike in April expecting delivery within 2 - 5 days), After chasing my order I was told that due to Covid the delivery is between 7 - 10 days. After chasing again after the 10 days period had passed I was then advised that there would be a delay as my bike had no charger, after a few excuses and many emails I decided to cancel my order as I had lost my confidence in Electric Rider and they agreed to refund me. A week after cancelling to my surprise a bike was delivered to my neighbours whilst I was out! So again I had to telephone (only message taken), followed up with several emails. Arranged for the bike to go back, it's been picked up but I am still waiting for a refund!! Its funny how they can take payments immediately but do not make refunds! A very stressful and disappointing experience that has not yet been resolved.
