Buyer Beware
Paid 400% above price for overnight/one day shipping. took 2 days. Arrived too late for the game. Customer service on chat responded that I will receive RMA and return shipping label. Then by email other agent refused to take responsibility for the shipping statement nor for the agent promise on their own website. I paid the shipping to return the shoes (which BTW did not fit correctly either. They wanted "pictures" of the pain my daughter felt on her left instep?). In the end I paid even more to end up with nothing than what I paid initially for late arrival apparently defective clearance shoes. The worst part was their illogical heartless responses, and their willingness to expend time and effort communicating to clutch onto a $16 sale (plus $54 shipping), squirm out of their responsibilities, and disappoint a customer. Basically just "oh we understand your frustration, we feel so bad for you, but we take no responsibility. It's not our fault that our AI chat lied to you and our shipping provider didn't deliver on time". Incredible! Disgusted with my experience. How are they still in business? Will be looking into consumer protection law.
