Had the Wave one for two years and it was flawless, but decided to change things up a bit as I've had it for 2 years and it started looking quite grim..I wish i bought the wave one again, the glass one has terrible pour, baaarely fits in the fridge (why would you not have all of the jugs fridge friendly? Who doesnt like cold water..) but I liked the sleek design and glass better than plastic..so yeah. But the whole no-plastic-cartrige is brillian, will never go back..with horrors i look back thinking how much waste that was and not to mention my plastic water bottle purchases.. The other thing, with the points, it'd be nice to have more choices on how to redeem them for something, otherwise they just sit and stay there and possibly going to expire soon
