Is there such a thing as 0 stars? I went to buy one ticket on my phone, the total was never shown, then after I paid, they charged me for SEVEN tickets. Went to the dance production company and sent an email to ShowTix to get a refund and you have to schedule a call a day later to talk to anyone. After explaining I had already talked to the dance co, the caller put me on hold, only to tell me I had to talk to the dance company - then he hung up on me. Bunch of crooks!
