I paid £11.99 for next day delivery on Sunday 4th May and it said my order was expected to be delivered the next day on Monday 5th May and it hasn’t been delivered. If I had known it wasn’t next day I would have selected the cheaper delivery option! And the items were for a birthday present which is now past.
