Bike excellent, courier not providing express delivery.
The bike, an Emu step through is absolutely amazing. I love it! However, the star rating here, unfortunately reflects this companies chosen courier, in this case, who, bearing in mind Easy Riser are paying for an express service, didn’t deliver! It was a bit of a shambles, which spoilt the enjoyment a little. I guess we shouldn’t have set our expectations so high, the reason they were high, was from having read previous excellent reviews. We purchased on a Wednesday and received emails etc, then notification of dispatch and advice it was to be delivered Friday, Friday the courier provided tracking..out for delivery before 6, the tracker disappeared around lunch time...and then nothing................................ Monday, tracker states out for delivery....before 6 nothing, then it changes to attempted delivery not in, white door, We’d not received a call...we don’t have a white door.... Contacted courier, who say..will deliver Tuesday. Contacted Easy rider, who tell me they think the carrier may have lost my bike, they’re looking into it...courier confirm, item is not lost, it in the van & out for delivery....person I spoke to yesterday hadn’t noted the account. Tuesday....morning on tracker out for delivery....the tracker Changes to out for delivery on afternoon van before 6, I spent a lot of my day, emailing and phoning, eventually the bike arrived at 7pm Tuesday.
